Class Activities and Assignments :

 

Monday, May 2, 2016:  Students reviewed recent multiple-choice practices and viewed the Awesome Packet in class.  As homework, students are to continue reviewing for the exam, using literary terms in their bell work booklets, the one-page test overview handout, and the Awesome Packet.

 

Tuesday, May 3, 2016:  Students reviewed another set of multiple-choice practices and the Awesome Packet.  As homework, students are to continue reviewing for the exam, using literary terms in their bell work booklets, the one-page test overview handout, and the Awesome Packet.

 

Wednesday, May 4, 2016:  Students in morning classes took the AP English Literature & Composition Exam in the gymnasium.  Afternoon classes completed the senior exit survey, the post-exam inventory, and watched videos.  The only homework in AP English is a reminder for students to find and return their home copies of the AP English textbook.

 

Thursday, May 5, 2016:  Morning classes met in the cafeteria, as the teacher proctored the AP Calculus exam, and afternoon classes attended Spring Fling. Students are to turn in their home copies of the AP English textbook by tomorrow.

 

Friday, May 6, 2016:  Students completed the post-exam inventories and senior exit surveys, then enjoyed cookie cake and entertaining videos as they ate.  Students are to return all textbooks and materials still checked out by next Wednesday.

 

Monday, May 9, 2016:  Some students were absent with parental permission, and some students were absent due to AP exams.  Students in class discussed prom and then watched an entertaining video. Students are to return all materials still checked out by this Wednesday.
